These terms govern use of the Aura Bloom booking and salon-management platform.
Booking usage
Guest booking links are for the intended customer only. Booking references and manage links must not be shared publicly. Appointment times, pricing, and cancellation windows are controlled by the salon.
Acceptable use
Users may not abuse availability or booking endpoints, attempt to access another tenant’s data, or interfere with platform security or service availability.
Service changes
The platform and salons may update appointment availability, service details, and operational policies over time. Material legal changes should be reviewed with counsel before production rollout.
